Qasr al-Dashti, despite the wear and tear of the hip joint, which he has been suffering from for years, continued his serious activities since 1967 with the most severe physical pain and performed his works with difficulty, until finally in 1993, he ended his 26-year suffering with a surgery and an artificial joint. He fulfilled his own dream to work on both legs of the society.

He was teaching visual arts since 1975 until he opened his visual arts school in 1980.

In 1978, he spent two years in a specialized visual arts course with the professors of Tehran University of Art in Shiraz under the management of the Shiraz Department of Culture and Art, and he went to Europe with a delegation of artists for a visual arts research trip, and it became a turning point in his progress.

Then, with the advice of the head of the Tehran Institute of Visual Arts, he entered the Tehran University of Fine Arts and received an academic education in the field of sculpture.

Then he returned to his hometown and left his works and urban sculptures, including the statue of Khajovi Kermani at the entrance to the city of Shiraz (Qur'an Gate) and the fountain of Parse Square and several other works.

He migrated to England in 2008 to gain more experience in the field of sculpture and worked in a sculpture workshop in London and gained experience. Then he returned to his hometown at the end of 2011 and designed and executed many urban works.

In 1996, he designed and directed a performance that was the first in the world of art. This performance was performed with multiple senses, which until then no artist had created, which was created from the sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch (cold, heat, and humidity). ) and used light to create it, which inspired the concept of creation to the audience Regarding this unique work, Dr. Reza Khodadai (art researcher) called this work the most unique performance art of the contemporary time and reviewed the work at Hafez Hall in Shiraz, and criticized the work and the meeting point of performance art.
